Shannon is a saxophone player/female vocalist with her masters degree in music.   She has played professionally in a variety of genres of music including country rock, rock, classic rock, Classic RnB, Blues, and Jazz.  She has also studied classical music and has performed many recitals and concerts in that venue.  She currently teaches middle school music at the Minot Air Force Base and where she and her students enjoy composing, recording, mixing, and editing music in addition to performing concerts.  Her favorite thing to do is to sit in with musicians she doesn't know and just jam.

Shannon served in bands that opened for Wynona Judd, Sawyer Brown, Tanya Tucker, and Restless Heart.  The highlight of her career so far has been playing with The Wootens featuring "Future Boy" Victor Wooten.
